1. If I don't want to purchase online, is there any other
options for me to shop in HEC Cater?
Customers are always welcome to visit our superstore located at 675
Nepean Highway East Brighton.
2. Is it secure to give you my personal
details?
We use a security company for all transactions over the internet. We
also promise not to give away your personal detail to any third party
according to our Privacy Policy page. If
you still not really comfortable to put all your details on the internet,
you can choose to download and print out the order form. Fill in the form
and fax or post it back to our HEC Cater office with any envidences of
payment. You can also give us a call and tell us what you want to
purchase. Of course, you are very welcome to come to our store directly
and talk to our friendly staff.
3. Do you accept credit card?
Apart from credit card, we also take cash, Direct Debit, Bank cheque,
as well as money order.
4. Would it be cheaper to shop online?
Of course, as we want to encourge our customers to do their shopping
online, we offer our customer a 10% discount on all products which are
under 7 up to AU$100. Beside, customers who do their shopping online would
receive our monthly specials in a regular basis.
5. How many days I need to make payment after placing my
order?
There would not be any limitation on time that payments need to be made
after placing order. However, HEC Cater would not post the goods out until
payment is received. So, if you want to get the products earlier, clear
your payment as soon as possible. Then, you can receive you goods in a few
days after ordering it.
6. Is there any royalty system that give me more
discounts when I shop here next time?
We have not develop any royalty system at the moment. But, if we can
get good feedback from our customers, or if our customers can refer their
friends to HEC Cater, then we might have one very soon. But, all customers
still enjoy our special 10% discount on products cost less than AU$100
when they shop online.
7. How long I have to wait for my products after placing
the order?
If stock is available, customers only need to wait for a few days after
they make the payment. However, if the stock is sold out, we would send an
email to advise our customers about the delay of goods. Surely, customers
can choose to wait for the good or not.
8. How much do I pay for delivery?
We only charge an amount of AU$15 for delivery cost for up to 5 kg
within Metro Melbourne. Customers would be advised via email for any items
which weight over 5 kg.
9. Would you deliver if I am not in
Australia?
We are sorry, but delivery is Australia wide only.
10. Is there any insurances for goods being
delivered?
Customers need to pay for the insurance if they want. We do not include
any insurance within the cost. However, we strongly advise customer to get
insurance for their goods for secure.
11. How about if I can't receive my parchal?
12. If there any warrantly for goods if purchase
online?
All equipments have 12 months warranty for parts and labour. However,
warranty does not cover any human damages.
13. How would you post my parcal?
As we offer delivery within Australia only, there would not be too much
different on how do we post it. So, we will only post it by land. But, if
customers require to have their goods to post in any specify way, such as
regist post, or air mail, we will still do it if customers are willing to
pay a higher delivery cost.
14. Would you replace me a new one if the product is
damage during delievery?
In most cases, for product worth over AU$100, customers' insurance
would cover a new items. So, customers do not need to worry about the
damage that might happen during delivery. But, in fact, the chance of
getting damage is quite rare, as HEC Cater pack the goods very nicely and
carefully for postage. We seldom receive complaints about damage during
delivery from our customers in the past.
15. Are the products all brand new, in best quality and
in good condition if I purchase it online?
Customers are getting brand new products with perfect quality and
condition when they purchase online. Customers would get second handed
products only if they order an ex-rental units.
