Payment Methods
In order to give our customers the best
experience for shopping with Heccater, we offer differenct payment types.
Customers can choose the most suitable one. Apart from that, if customers
feel it is not confortable to do shopping online, order
form is available to download. Customers only need to fill it in and
send it back to us by fax (03-9592 8835), post or email.
Credit Card
It is properly the most convience way available. Simply type in your
credit card detail just as any online transaction do. It is so simple and
easy. You do not need to worry about the safety problem, the credit card
system would take care about it with its security system. It was always
secure. But, there would be a service charge of 3% of the transaction
amount if it is over AU$1,000. Customers should consider this fee before
they make decision on the payment type. This fee is not refundable.
Direct Debit
It is also a very simple method. Customers also type in their bank card
detail for us. No service charge would be applied on this way of
paymet.
Cheque, Money Order, Bank Draft
All these methods are accepted by Heccater. It is good for customers
who do not want to explose their information through the Internet. Cheque,
money order, and bank draft please write payable to 'Heccater' and send to
the following address:

Customers please notice that issue of money order or bank draft would
incur a charge from AU$5 to AU$15, according to the bank.
Direct Deposit
Customers can deposit the money directly to our bank account. After
Heccater receive the order from customers, we will contact the customers
by email if they have chosen to pay by direct deposit. The email would
include the bank detail of Heccater bank account. Customers need to
contact us with the transaction number or reference number after they make
the payment in the bank. They can either send us email or give us a
call.
